Shipping Policy
We currently ship across India using reliable courier partners.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days after order confirmation
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service (typically 4–8 working days)
- Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email (where applicable).
Kaya Art Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Return & Refund Policy
As we deal in imitation jewellery, returns and refunds are accepted only in limited cases.
Eligible Cases for Return / Refund
- Wrong product received
- Product received in defective or damaged condition
Mandatory Unboxing Video
A clear, unedited unboxing video is compulsory for any return or refund request.
- Video must start from a sealed package
- Shipping label must be clearly visible
- The entire unboxing process must be recorded without cuts or edits
- The issue (wrong or defective item) must be clearly visible
No return or refund will be accepted without proper video proof.
Timeframe to Raise a Request
- Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Requests after 24 hours will not be considered
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases
- Minor color or design variations due to photography or screen resolution
- Damage caused due to wear and tear, water, perfume, or mishandling
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Missing, unclear, or edited unboxing video
Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
