Refund Policy
At Kaya Art Jewels, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we deal in imitation jewellery, refunds are accepted only under specific conditions mentioned below. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Product received in defective or damaged condition
Mandatory Video Proof
To be eligible for a refund, a clear unedited opening video is compulsory.
- The video must start from an unopened package
- The shipping label must be clearly visible
- The entire unboxing process must be shown without any cuts
- The defect or wrong item must be clearly visible in the video
No refund request will be accepted without proper video proof.
Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted
- Claims without video proof will be rejected
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen resolution
- Damage caused due to wear and tear or improper handling
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Missing video proof or edited video
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
